About Profectus Wealth Management

If you've spent your life stuffing money into a 401k, CDs or savings accounts without a clear financial strategy, you're in the right place. We work with mid-career professionals and those approaching retirement to turn scattered savings into a clear, confident financial plan.
Maybe financial planning hasn’t been as much of a priority as it should have been or you just aren’t sure how to get started. For most clients, we are able to keep things simple, whether you're just starting to get serious about retirement or you've been saving for decades.
What kinds of people choose to work with us?
Many people choose to work with us because of the perceived complexity around financial planning, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. Much of this complexity isn't really about the market, it's about not having the right guidance, so investors often end up defaulting to one of a few common patterns.
The default investor
The first, and most common, is the investor who never got clear guidance, so they default to their company 401k's target date fund without a broader financial strategy.
The trend-follower
The second is the investor who enjoys the excitement of following the latest market trend and riding the market's ups and downs, until the emotional swings end up costing more than they realized.
The cautious investor
The third is the careful investor who's seen enough headlines about crashes to stay out of the market altogether, worried it's all just a casino where the house always wins.
This kind of thinking is common, and understandable. Wherever you see yourself in that list, our job is to help you plan for your future with clarity and confidence, whether you're navigating a life milestone or planning for future generations.
Investing isn’t only about spreadsheets and rates of return. Money is tied up in how we live, what we worry about and what we want for the people we love. A good financial plan has to account for both sides of that, the numbers and the person.
A bit about me
My own path here wasn't a straight line. Before entering the financial services industry in 2017, I spent 8 years in the wine industry, which taught me the value of building strong, lasting relationships.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and my MBA from the University of Oregon. Outside the office, you'll usually find me outside, hiking or working in the garden. Maybe it's the same instinct in both places: things grow best with patience, consistent care and a plan you actually stick to.
Wherever you are at right now, whether you have never had a financial plan or you have one and want to consider other options, my goal is the same: to replace the guesswork with a plan you understand and feel confident in.
